My father passed away and I want to cancel my subscription.

Hello, I been trying to cancel my payment for Adobe, my father passed away and had a love for creating art.

I do not know his credentials, for he is not here anymore.

How do I cancel his membership? I don't use Adobe as much and I want to cancel it for future withdrawals.
