My free trial started on Aug 13 and i got charge this day Aug 20. I was able to cancel it in the app and I saw the refund timeframe after cancellation. Do I just need to wait for the refund?

Refunds are processed automatically and generally take around 14 days to reflect back in the bank

yes (refunds take up to 14 days), but check your account to confirm everything is cancelled (and keep your email confirming cancellation), https://account.adobe.com
