my friends phone was hacked

Hello

 I was studying during the night, and I used adobescan application. I logged in throught my friend phone, and I used her facbook. At that time somebody hacked her facebook, and now I don't know what to do, because she can't use her it anymore, the key was changed by somebody. I think, these two action is connected, and I need help to solve this problem. Somebody has an idea? She told me, that there is a hotmail adress, but she can see just the first character.
