My GCash account was deducted 1891.68 PHP after tax for supposedly subscribing to Adobe--Which I do not remember subscribing in to. How can I cancel a subscription using what I have (The Reference number from Adobe) and track the account?

do you recognize that account?  if not, contact your credit card vendor and report fraudulent use of your card.

otherwise, if you started a trial and failed to explicitly cancel all parts of that trial you started a subscription.
