Question

My images will be deleted but I can't find the account

I received an email from adobe that my images will be deleted and to purchase cloud space. I received this from a different email account. I get help from adobe but they say I don't have a paid subscription for this account. How do I find the images they are referring to and why did I get this email? For a different account I did loose my images, is it possible the 2 email addresses are associated? How do I get back those images also?

If you have more than one account, it would likely be under a different ID (email).

It is not a good idea to have files in only one place

I use a Sata docking station and several 'bare' drives for backup

What is the email address that it was sent from?

It is possible that it may be from a scammer.
