I need to download January, February, and March invoices and I can't see any of the past invoices in my account, they all have disappeared

I would recommend you utilize a different web browser or device if you do not see any invoices available. Please update this public forum discussion, if you have any additional questions.^JW

Thank you, Jeff, I've tried with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge, and still, I can't see the invoices. Do you have any other recommendations?

to use chat per above,

 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
