My life time subscription is suspended

Hello Team,

I have purschased "Adobe PEPE Offer" life time subscription on 17th September 2025 but after a month, it stopped working from 17th October 2025. Now my account is suspeneded.

Could you please help me how to activate it. I am unable edit the documents in adobe.

I reviewed your account details and found that in addition to Elements subscription, you have an active plan for Adobe Acrobat Standard which has some pending dues.

Though the Elements subscription is active, you are facing error while using them because of the pending dues on the Acrobat plan. I would recommend you to clear the pending dues as soon as possible to enjoy the uninterrupted service. You may refer to this article: https://adobe.ly/4iw8vjm

Thank you for your response. It worked for only one month i,e, from 17-Sep-25 to 17-Oct-25. But now it’s no longer working. I’m unable to edit any files at the moment. Could you guide me on how to activate the editing feature again and walk me through the steps?
