My membership was cancelled, even though I didn't apply for it

I just got an email that I applied to cancel my Adobe subscription, even though I didn't submit it at all, and I just extended my subscription on November 20 2024, currently my account is no longer registered as an Adobe membership, I have contacted the agent and there is nothing who responds, until the live chat ends itself, has anyone experienced this? I started subscribing on 21 Nov 2022 with the Photography plan package (20GB)

Resolved after several attempts to contact live chat, the team returned my funds, and I was asked to reorder. And I have subscribed again, with the same price and package. Thank You

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I've tried several times in an hour, no response at all, and the live chat ends automatically, unfortunately I don't have an X account
