I just got an email that I applied to cancel my Adobe subscription, even though I didn't submit it at all, and I just extended my subscription on November 20 2024, currently my account is no longer registered as an Adobe membership, I have contacted the agent and there is nothing who responds, until the live chat ends itself, has anyone experienced this? I started subscribing on 21 Nov 2022 with the Photography plan package (20GB)
