My membership was renewed at the highest price without me being asked.

I have been wanting to renew my membership from the prepaid version with my student ID for the last 2 months, but I could not get a discounted membership because my own membership had not expired. I was receiving a notification saying that I had to wait for my subscription to expire. 

 My subscription ended and the most expensive package was taken from my card without even asking for renewal approval! I didn't have the means to pay this right now, I couldn't use my student discount. They took my house rent from my account without even letting me know! I want a refund!!

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    contact adobe support to rectify this.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
    if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
