My money is being stolen

Two months ago I did a free trial. I used it for one day and didn’t like it so I canceled the trial. One month later I was charged 20 dollars after never using the app. I saw I still had a subscription active after canceling it. So I canceled it and never got my money back. Today a month later I was charged another 20 dollars I have zero subscriptions active. I’ve checked. Yes I’ll renew my card but they’ve taken over 40 dollars from me after never using the app

    @Caedin

    use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to find the charged account.  then use https://account.adobe.com to check that account and cancel your subscription(s).

    make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

    p.s.  this should be posted/discussed in https://community.adobe.com/account-payment-plan-4

    Welcome to the forums. Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    This is a user-to-user forum, so nobody here can view your Adobe account or billing details.

    If you've confirmed there are currently no active subscriptions in your Adobe account, you'll need to contact Adobe Support directly and ask them to investigate the charges. Be sure to provide the dates of the charges and any cancellation emails or confirmation numbers you received.

    Also check whether you may have more than one Adobe ID, as it is not uncommon for subscriptions to be associated with a different email address than the one currently signed in.

    Adobe Support can review the account history and determine why the charges were made and whether a refund is available.
