My paid subscription has been blocked with window.”Start your free trial of photoshop “

I’m a long time subscriber to Creative Cloud. Now I can’t access any apps. Every time I open, say, Photoshop CC, it is blocked with a screen that is asking me to start a free trail.

    I looked into your account details however I could not find any trial or active subscription associated with this email address.

    Could you check if you are signed in with the correct email address?

    Thank you for checking my account Shivangi. Yes, my account is associated with this email, <Removed by Moderator>. I’ve had the same email for years. My problems began some weeks ago when I was asked to log in to my account, which I did. All of a sudden, my preferred language, English, had switched to Russian. I was able to switch my language back to English. From then on I get the “buy or start a free account” window. When I check my Adobe Creative Cloud account, all my apps are there, butI the “buy, free trail message blocks them all . I can access all my images in Bridge, but I’m blocked from all other apps.

    i would be grateful for any suggestions.
