i purchase adobe cloud (student pack) but still my premier pro show that i am in trail period, and my payment does not show in adobe cloud, my payment is successful, my credit card chareges around 1600

If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
