My plan doesn't appear in my account?

Thank you to Kglad, problem is now fixed and I've downloaded PS.

I signed up for the Photography Plan, £9.98 per month (UK). I downloaded lightroom classic a couple of months ago and logged in today to download PS. My account says that I don't have any paid plans or any registered devices? I can confirm that I have Lightroom Classic on this laptop and that my payments are leaving my account.
