My plan was canceled

Hi Guys,

had a plan since 10years on monthly payment term. Through the course of the past years it was easy to redeem by yearly black Friday deals and the monthly payments was paused.

Different behaviour this year - by redeem yearly codes,  it was showing up as 2 plans. Checked w support and they canceled the monthly plan and gave me 1 month on top of the new plan (25month duration in total) as 2 plans in parallel makes no sense.

Since the first plan become obsolete at due date - no more plan is showing up now. Not even the one I have redeemed (with the 25mo in total) that should be active till Dec 2026.

Interested, at web it showing no history for redeeemed plans. Any idea other than waiting till Mon and calling support?

You do realize that Black Friday deals are introductory for NEW customers ONLY, right?

After the first 12 months, your renewal rate is at the regular price.

Did you check your payment card statements to see if you actually paid for an additional year?  The transaction may have been cancelled.
