My plan was supposed to be cancelled. Why a $125 cancellation fee?

I tried to cancel my plan after a free trial and was billed anyway. I need a refund and now it won't let me cancel without paying $125! This is ridiculous. I never want to use Adobe again.

Amelia, thanks for posting about your current subscription commitment to Adobe. I don't see any recent cancellations. Please see https://adobe.ly/4jUUPPz for information on the fees that are applied when cancelling an annual subscription early. ^JW

I need a refund and cancellation without the fees. I thought it was
