My plans not showing up

Hi,

I recently tried Adobe acrobat the paid version. It was frfee for a week so i decided i would try it and cancel it aftewards. Now that i want to cancel, i cant get acces to “my plans” tab. Nothing is showing up and i’m unable to pick a different plan, or cancel my subscription. I’ve gone through countless of forums and tried 4 different browser and 3 devices. Nothing. Can someone help me? 

 

Never buying anything from adobe again..
