My plans not showing up

Question

Hi,I recently tried Adobe acrobat the paid version. It was frfee for a week so i decided i would try it and cancel it aftewards. Now that i want to cancel, i cant get acces to “my plans” tab. Nothing is showing up and i’m unable to pick a different plan, or cancel my subscription. I’ve gone through countless of forums and tried 4 different browser and 3 devices. Nothing. Can someone help me?  Never buying anything from adobe again..

Same with me even I’m not able to see the ‘My Plans’ section. Looks like it is deliberately being hidden from users to stop them from changing or canceling their plans or free-trials.
Some one from Adobe please look into this and cancel my existing plans.
