My school deleted my email and now I can't log in

Hello, my old school, without my notice, deleted my email account a few months ago (this is my new school backup account). I forgot that my account was linked to my old school email and never changed it. Is there a way to recover my account? I'm still able to use my stuff on only one of my other computers since it's telling me an email was sent (when I can't even get to my deleted email...) What can I do? I'm paying $30 a month and I'm stressing over that.
