My Son has just had his Student account auto renewed. I didn't even know it was still active. He's not a student anynmore.
I’m currenlty logged in on my Son’s account. I have my own Subscription, And my Son had a student subscription. He’s no longer a student and does not require Creative cloud any more. I only noticed when I got charged yesterday for his subscription. I’ve been in and turned off autorenewal so it will not happen again. However I have a student account that has a year to run. And no students in the house.
How can I get this fee refunded?
