My Son has just had his Student account auto renewed. I didn't even know it was still active. He's not a student anynmore.

I’m currenlty logged in on my Son’s account. I have my own Subscription, And my Son had a student subscription. He’s no longer a student and does not require Creative cloud any more. I only noticed when I got charged yesterday for his subscription. I’ve been in and turned off autorenewal so it will not happen again. However I have a student account that has a year to run. And no students in the house. 

How can I get this fee refunded?

    I am sorry for any problems you have encountered managing the subscription and commitment that your son started using your payment information. Are you able to contact us on your son's account to request cancellation and a refund?
