Question

My student account is showing up as a personal account instead of a school account

I am signing into a new macbook with my student adobe account and it automatically has recognized it as a personal account and not a business/school account. I cannot access any apps. How do I change it back to a student account? I already tried logging out but it doesnt give me any option to change it to a business/school account

if signing out and then back in to the cc desktop app fails, there's probably stored license info on that computer that you'll need to remove.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:

I tried both of these and neither worked.

did you sign-out and then back in?
