My Student Plan was changed to the Creative Cloud Pro Plan

Hi I'm still a student enrolled in classes but my plan seemed to increase by 3x ($21/m -> $61/m) after this annual renewal. I will be a student for the next 3 years so how do I prevent an unjustified increase in price, and can I please have the excess refunded. I don't understand why Adobe cannot even send you a warning email let alone an invoice to warn you of these things.
