Question

my subscription is cancelled because of fraudulent behavior

I was sent an email stating that my Adobe Creative Cloud 100GB subscription has been canceled due to fraud and i will no longer be able to access the included adobe apps and my subscription should be finished the next april becasue i subscriped for a year and it's just the first month and i don't know why it's canceled
