my subscription is ended before its time

i got an 3 months adobe cloud gift card from my frined and when im going to redeemed i found my old subscription is still working from 4 months ago but its 1 month subscription, anyway i redeemed the new gift card in 1 july 2025 while the old subs working and its worked and giving me the expired date is in october and now after 20 days i got ended subscription!! and the code didnt working anymore!!
i have a lot of working to do in this month please any help?
