My subscription renewed at a higher rate automatically

I had a reduced rate for my subscription and it just renewed at a higher rate.  I have cancelled the account and would like a refund as this is an education account and I cannot afford the higher rate.  How can I get this done??

    I recommend checking with the educational institution you are attending to see if they offer their own subscription. Organizations that offer their own Creative Cloud subscription often offer greater discounts and increased compatibility for students and other members of the organization.

    refunds are automatic, if you qualify.  unfortunately, there’s no grace period for renewals.  ie, you don’t qualify for a refund.

    How unfortunate that Adobe handles issues like this.
