My subscription was auto-renewed and ₹558 was deducted today. I have already cancelled the plan immediately. I did not intend to continue the subscription. Please process a refund for this charge.

    I confirm that there is no active subscription associated with this email address. Also, I could not locate any recent transaction requested by Adobe.

    Could you confirm if the transaction was made on another Adobe account? If yes, please start a new discussion with the correct email address. We are here to help.

    Hey, my subscriptions was also auto-renewed on the 20th of april 2026 and it costed me $53, I have cancelled the subscriptions but please process a refund for this charge

    As per your account details, you have two monthly subscriptions for Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat.

    Refunds can only be processed if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase. Since your plans are 1+ month old, your account is not eligible for refund.

    If you cancel now, your subscription will continue till the end of this month’s term end

    you’ll need to contact adobe support to make your appeal.  use either chat or social media.
