my subscription was not canceled despite confirmation by e-mail

On September 23, 2024, I received a message that I had canceled your subscription. however, on September 30, funds were blocked on my account. when I logged in to Adobe, I saw that the subscription was active and I had to cancel it again. why, even though I canceled it earlier, it was still active and the money was charged to me? I received an email confirming the cancellation of my subscription on September 23, so it's impossible that I made a mistake. In the meantime, I did not resume the plan.

contact adobe support to rectify.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
