Nadie da atención directa a clientes

Alguien a podido hablar con alaguien de estra empresa??? Por error cancelé una cuenta, y me hicieron el cargo de cancelación de todo el año, los he buscado por que quiero activar mi cuenta usando ese dinero que ya me cargaron, y lo unico que hicieron fue formtear mi cuenta para que pueda volver a contratar. 

Solicité una llamada telefonica y me colgaron por que nadie hablaba español, y la única comunicación que me dan es un chat box con respuestas automaticas y donde nunca hay un agenete real disponible.

 

Acano de perder mi trabajo y lo que menos necesito es que una empresa como esta, me haga cargos sin darme el servicio.

    you can't be charged for the whole year.  at worst, if you violate your contract, you would pay for a max of 6 months.

     

    so, if you're going to plead your case to adobe, be honest.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
    if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

    A mí me pasó exactamente lo mismo, avísame si encuentras solución, igual te aviso si yo puedo hacer algo
