Não consigo cancelar meu plano

Não estou conseguindo cancelar meu plano há mais de 15 dias. Entrei atraves de varios computadores e celular, mas não consegui cancelar. Segui todos os passo para cancelar, mas quando aperto o botão de cancelar, abre nova pagina para autenticar com o email, mas o ícone continuar fica carregando e é impossivel clicar e cancelar. Quero cancelar urgentemente, pois não quero pagar mais 90 reais em dezembro.
