Não consigo usar a versão premium

Fiz a compra do app mas não consigo usar a versão paga.

Aparece para usar a versão grátis por 14 dias (visto que já usei) e logo em seguida aparece que já sou contratante do app.

Já olhei na Playstore e o pagamento está certo.

Como proceder?????

you should probably contact the playstore because you appear to be having a problem with a mobile app.
