Não recebi meu reembolso de cancelamento de assinatura

Olá , tudo bem.

Preciso de ajuda.
Cancelei minha assinatura da Adobe acrobat pró logo após o vencimento do teste gratuito e a cobrança consequentemente . 
Logo após o cancelamento com sucesso no dia 28 de agosto de 2024 o suporte me garantiu o pagamento do estorno do cancelamento em até 7 dias.
Até hoje dia 07 de Setembro ainda não recebi o meu pagamento do estorno em minha conta.
Admiro muito o trabalho e a grandeza de vcs com a Adobe ,e venho pedir encarecidamente que  etornem meu pagamento que me é de direito , pois necessito dele pra outros fins de meus orçamentos mensais da casa .
Peço que me ajudem por favor e desde já agradeço.
Não estou conseguindo suporte pessoal da empresa.
