Necesito Cancelar suscripción anual

Hace días intento cancelar mi suscripción y me envía siempre a las mismas páginas, es como un búcle infinito, siempre las mismas páginas y el botón cancelar no existe, esto me parece mas bien un engaño, un fraude corporativo, alguien ha podido cancelar su suscripción??

alguien puede ayudarme ha salirme de esto?

además que no tengo dinero para pagar

me cobran una multa de aprox 4 meses por salirme ...    se pasan es "too much", hasta para un crédito en la banca el tope es 1 o 2 cuotas ....

Inicia sesion en tu cuenta de Adobe, ingresa en "Administrar cuenta", sigue el link  "contactar con asistencia tecnica" se abre un chat y una persona te pregunta que ayuda necesitas, le dices que quieres cancelar la suscripcion, le explicas los motivos y te dan la cancelacion. No se de que pais eres, pero en Argentina, el horario de atencion creo que es hasta las 15hs. Yo lo hice asi, espero que tambien puedas hacerlo, suerte

Finalmente lo que hay que hacer es contactarse por chat con adobe.com ya que Adobe Latinoamérica no da la opción. Hay que pedir dar de baja y el operario se encarga de hacerla y te llegan los correos de confirmación. Adobe Latinoamérica no tiene la opción de dar de baja con un click y la comunicación debe ser solo en horarios de oficina y Adobe EEUU tiene contacto las 24hrs. Saludos y exito, las nuevas opciones no Adobe de trabajo están siendo cada vez mejor y accesibles.

Hola, como lo has echo para cancelar? donde esta el apartado CHAT para solicitar la cancelacion?

Es ridculo lo que hacen los de ADOBE... menuda verguenza.

Go to adobe.com. Sign into your account. You will see a « Contact us » (Contacto) button. From there you will be guided until the chat or phone support. Best is chat here, because that’s 24/24 and 7/7.

You can normally cancel your subscription by using the « manage account » (Administrar cuenta).

I have the same problem with a suscription to Adobe Pro.How Can I unsuscript considering that is month to month? There are not option.

Siempre envían esta misma respuesta, y me envían a la misma página, un bucle,...NO sirve la respuesta que me dan NO sirve, y lo pongo en un foro publico para que la gente se entere
