NECESITO CANCELAR URGENTEMENTE LA SUSCRIPCION

Necesito cancelar mi suscripción y no existe el link de cancelar suscripcion que ponen en sus instructivos y el link de pongase en contacto me lleva a esa misma pagina. NECESITO CANCELAR URGENTEMENTE LA SUSCRIPCION Y QUE ALGUIEN SE CONTACTE CONMIGO PARA HACER EFECTIVA LA CANCELACION

Necesito cancelar la suscripcipon urgente,  me están descontando mensualmente y necesito cancelar, no me aparece en la pagina la opción de cancela la suscripción.

Estoy con el mismo problema. Es una estafa pura, te lo ponen imposible para cancelar. Me apunté para un trial de 7 días, me di de baja despuès de dos, y ahí estoy sin poder parar la suscripción que no hice! Cómo bien dices, lo que ponen en el video no funciona! Es imposible de contactar con alguien de Adobe.

En la página no existe ningún link para cancelar la suscripción   y siguen haciendo los descuentos sin usar la aplicación  necesito un número  o que  alguien se comunique conmigo para cancelar
