Need a help with cancelling the plan

Hello, this is Adobe Premiere Pro user. 

Today is my expired date of the program. 

The cost is too expensive, so I want to cancel my plan.

However, it keeps saying that I have to pay early cancellation fee.

I don't understand why.

Today is my last day of utilizing the program. 

How should I have to do with this?
