i need a refound for my suscription in adobe photoshop because i dont use that anymore so i need a refound for the last time i paid $20.99

whether you use your subscription is not relevant to getting a refund.  canceling during the initial trial may allow a refund. otherwise, you may owe a penalty for early cancellation.  so check:

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
