Searched everywhere for an adobe support chat or email to no avail. Had to find a post by another user who also wanted a refund to find out that this message board is the only place where you can submit support tickets.

Well I got a free trial to use adobe indesign, and then it expired of course and tried to take money from my account (there wasnt any at the time) and now there is, I came to try and cancel the subscription before it would take any money out.

Adobe basically forced me into paying it before I could manage my plan, when I clicked on "manage plan" I got hit with:

"Unable to manage

You must resolve an issue with your payment details before making any changes to your plan."

The only option I had here was "retry payment" or to add another payment option. So anyways I was charged twice over for both Indesign and adobe creative cloud, both of which I wanted to cancel but instead was forced into paying for just for the mere chance of altering my plan and cancelling it, and even then I still cant cancel it. I get the same message "unable to manage" as if I need to pay more when I shouldn't have had to pay anything at all.

The payment for Indesign was £21.98 and for adobe creative cloud it was £27.98, that is a lot of money for me, literally 1/6th of my current income in total, and I need to have it back please. I was forced into paying these subscriptions just to cancel my plan which isn't fair and even now I have paid I still cannot alter them whatsoever.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
