Need assistance canceling Adobe subscription – associated email deleted

Hi Team,

 

We are unable to access the Adobe account to cancel the active subscription because the associated email address has been deleted. This has resulted in continued monthly charges, which we need to stop immediately.

We have attempted to use chat support, but we cannot log in to the account as required. Please advise how we can connect with a live support representative to resolve this issue and cancel the subscription.

is this a teams or enterprise subscription?

 

if not, there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):  you'll probably need to use x.

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
