I've been a customer for 4 years. Every year they raise my monthly costs with €20 dollars extra. I go to the chat and explain i want to cancel and they offer me the 'special price' again. Chat helpdesk is unavailable for weeks. So now i have to cancel the subscription. Does anyone know what hours the chat is available? I tried nighttime daytime everything. I need Adobe, but price is getting to high

Regarding this:

"chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human."

This wasn't working for me on Safari - no chat option was showing up but I opened the link in Chrome and now the chat box is showing up. Thanks so much for the advice!

You can confirm what you're paying for by logging in to your online account.

Likewise, you can cancel online by clicking on Manage Plans > Cancel.

AFAIK, Adobe has raised prices in North America only 3 times since 2013.   However, regional pricing may fluctuate due to outside factors that have nothing to do with Adobe such as local taxes, trade tariffs and the value of your currency compared to the US dollar.  There's nothing we can do about that.

In the US, online chat is available 24/7 in English. Although you may have to wait for an available agent depending on how many other people are waiting in the queue.

Phone support is M-F during normal business hours.  Hold times vary by region,  available support staff and call center volume.

I live in the netherlands and i was always able to use the English chat but it doesn't work anymore. Nothing happens when i try the chat / contact option. Tried different browsers different times but nothing

If you have a special price it lasts for a year, then you get the normal price. That's how it works. If you think it's above normal let us know the product and the price and your country.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat  (varies from country to country), phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Chat option has worden for 4 years but suddenly it doesnt anymore. Not in any browser. Something has changed.
