I do not  subscription. But today my money is escape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm seventeen years old. so I have no money. Even, I can't take the bus because I don't have money.  How can I get a refund?

    I suspect you ordered a subscription with your credit card and neglected to cancel within the 14 day grace period.  Now you're being billed for what you ordered.  Why else would Adobe have your credit card #?

    Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser) and only ask to have your activations reset:

    If you don't have a subscription, then your credit card or account has been compromised. Contact your bank.
