Need help canceling my subscription (Billed directly by Adobe)

Hello,I like to cancel my Adobe subscription, but I am having trouble finding the option to cancel it under my account management page (account.adobe.com). My payment was processed directly through Adobe (not via the Apple App Store), but the cancellation button is not appearing for me. Could you please assist me with canceling my plan and checking if I am eligible for a full refund? Thank you!

make sure there’s no payment problem shown on your account, thentry using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
