Need help cancelling a student account. NOTE: I no longer have access to the email!
My daughter had a student account for creative cloud for a graphic design class. I paid the monthly fee on my credit card. She is no longer a student, but I am still getting charged (and now getting charged the full fee, not the student fee).
She no longer remembers her account number or login credentials and we don't have access to the email account to reset the password. How do I get this off my card?
Adobe support wants me to log in. If I could do that, I would have canceled the account myself.
