Need help to cancel subscription

So I must ask some questions.

1) You have never subscribed to ANY Adobe subscription service/plan? Never Ever?

2) You never used any Adobe program, Ever?

3) You never signed up to use the Adobe Online PDF file converter and or to use Adobe Sign to digitally sign a digital file sent to you by some person or company?

If you Never ever did any of the above then you need to contact your bank Dispute whatever charge is coming from Adobe and request a new CC number.
