Need help with cancellation or a way to speak to a person

I was forced to sign up to creative cloud or whatever it's called to sign a document to start work and now I'm stuck with a year of paying £15 I can't afford or I have to pay £75 to cancel.

I need help because I'm unable to pay either of these amounts and I only got charged yesterday however I signed up in December using the free trial and made sure the auto renewal wasn't available. What do I do? Can I contact a person to speak to? 

The help page makes it impossible to find out the information and I just want out. I'm struggling for money as it is.

that wasn't an auto-renewal that caused the problem. you have to cancel before the subscription starts (within 2 weeks of the trial start), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
