Need help with refund and subscription cancellation for Lightroom Premium

Hello,I purchased Lightroom Premium subscription directly through the app, but the premium features are not supported on my device (iPad 10th generation). I am unable to use the paid features. I have tried contacting Adobe Support but haven’t got a clear refund option. Please guide me how I can get a refund and cancel my subscription. Thank you!
