Need my money back!!

Question

I recently got the free trial for adobe premier pro. When I tried downloading the program it said I didnt own it and I had to pay, in the end I never received a transaction in my paypal but when I checked the cards balance it said Adobe took $49.99 and it won't show up on billing history. I want my money back
