Need refund

I was charged after my free trial ended even though I cancelled the plan a week or so ago. I just cancelled the plan for a second time and would appreciate a refund.

you must cancel before a plan renews. and refunds are only during the initial trial period. if you cancelled during the initial trial, you can expect your refund to complete within 14 days.

If you were able to cancel it again then it means it failed the first time or that you were subscribed to multiple plans. Checkhttps://account.adobe.com/plansto verify what all you are subscribed to and that all that you want is cancelled. Regarding refunds they are automatically processed within 14 days.
