Need to add my Tax ID to my personal license

Hello, Adobe team.

 

I'm a web designer from Mexico and I just bought a personal license of Adobe CC.

I'm trying to add my Tax ID so I can include the invoice with the rest of my professional expenses.

I can't see any field that lets me modify this information. I tried to contact you guys via chat but it's seems that the chat is closed today. Can you guys help me with this?

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long

I posted here because the chat box appears to be closed.

I would like to talk with an Adobe agent but I don't see how.

I need to add my Tax ID to my account and have this information updated in my invoices.

I may be wrong but I think you need a Business Account to add a business tax ID.
