Need to cancel due to losing job

Hello all,

 

I have claimed 2 months off for adobe, been paying for 5 years, and now I lost my job and haven't found a new one and it's breaking my neck.

I cannot see the agent chat to talk to (I am located in Germany)and have no idea how to ask for a cancellation- any ideas?

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long

 

To cancel without paying the fee you will neet to contact chat

 

Also: beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message
