Need to cancel my subscription! Support instructions don't work!

The cancellation page with the steps to cancel plan does not work for me because it will not let me manage my account like I can't edit my billing or payment information either. I just need to cancel because I can't have Adobe bill me another bill if I don't have the programs anymore on the new laptop. Plus there no option to speak a to real live customer service agent either?

do you have a teams or enterprise subscription?  if so, contact your admin.
