Need to contact someone to cancel my illustrator subscription.

Hi I could not find on the site, the best way to contact someone regarding my illustrator subscription, plus I do not see the subscription under my account, but yet I am being charged monthly from Adobe IL Creative.

However, I checked the account detail associate with the email ID you've logged into Adobe community from, and, I could not find any active account under this email ID.
