Need to know who I write to at Adobe Headquarters to request a waiver for the early termination fee

Please regard this as a formal letter to  Adobe.  My name I Jeffrey Sperazza, and I am cancelling my $21 and change subscription to Adobe.  I did not even know I had a subscription and was paying it automatically.  I only needed to use it for one document, and since you do not provide a single minimal charge for one document, I went with the free trial and forgot to cancel it.  I am a very poor person.  I make 19k a year and I am dependent on housing assistance, medicaid, food stamps, but that is not enough.  Due to payments to you, I am now dependent on food pantries for my survival.  I cannot afford to pay $89 for early termination of the subscription that I did not know I was on, and I never agreed that I would pay for an earl termination fee since I never read the fine print.  I just needed a quick service for one document, and I fogot to cancel the free trial.  I am now going to change my debit card number so that when I do cancel it after your two free months offer that I just opted for expires, I will cancel.  By that time, I am hoping that my waiver for the early termination fee will be granted.  I encourage all citizens who are experiencing the same situation to do the same thing and to fight for your rights and for simple human understanding.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
