need to pay invoice on app that im not use anymore

Dear Adobe team,

 

im no longer use the app anymore.

but when i unsubcribe it, why i need to pay extra money to unsubribe it?

and it scheduled monthly.

 

i already deactivate my previous account, and still receiving this bill

I suppose you have a year-long subscription that is paid monthly. It's cheaper but less flexible. There are deadlines for unsubscribing without extra cost.
